Ball Mastery

FOUNDATION TOUCHES

This exercise is intermediate and can be accomplished at all ages. All children learn at different paces, so it is imperative while you work with them that you understand this. Each child's cognitive stage is also different.

FOUNDATION DRAGS
This exercise is intermediate and can be accomplished by kids four and up. For kids between 3-4, it is suggested your child masters foundation touches first and sole taps before advancing to foundation drags. If you feel you are ready to try this with your child who is between the ages of 3 and 5 you must understand that all children learn at different paces. It is imperative that you understand that while you work with your child at home, you have the utmost patience and understanding that each child's cognitive stage is also different.

SOLE TAPS
